Exclusive two-bedroom penthouse with one bathroom and a terrace on Calle Palos de la Frontera. Its unbeatable location ensures that the property is well-connected to the main areas of Madrid and Spain, given its proximity to Atocha, Delicias, and Palos de la Frontera stations. Upon entering the property, you find the living room, a completely open area equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as a smart TV. The first bedroom is located next to the entrance door. It is accessed by two steps and is equipped with two single beds measuring 90x200cm. The master bedroom, at the end of the corridor from the living room, features a double bed of 180x200cm, a dressing area, and a workspace. It has direct access to the apartment?s bathroom. The bathroom, also accessible from the living room, is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The area where the apartment is located is a residential part of Madrid, bordering the historic center of the city and well-connected thanks to the proximity of the main metro and train stations. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
