Ubk-38266 Homelike is an online reservation platform for furnished apartments for short or long stays. It is not possible to visit the apartment since our reservation process is 100% online. A room is offered in a shared apartment with several rooms. The rooms are available in a spacious apartment that has a kitchen and a shared bathroom. The kitchen has many wooden cabinets, as well as a work surface for preparing food. There is a table for dining or chatting with your roommates. The bathroom is bright and modern with a bath and shower. This is an attractively decorated apartment throughout. We do not accept couples or pets. Important notes All expenses (water, electricity, Wi-Fi and gas) are included in the monthly rental price up to €80. The owner provides a weekly cleaning service, weekly cleaning is mandatory on all floors. The tenants bear the cost of the 4 monthly cleanings. (Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = €20, this is divided by the number of tenants) Check-in hours: Mon - Friday 10:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. We do not do check-ins on weekends, in case you need it, it will have a cost extra of €50 and is subject to the availability of the staff.
