Renovated apartment for rent on Fuentenueva Street. The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator) in a quiet building in the center of Algeciras. Water is included in the price (responsible consumption). Electricity is the tenant's responsibility. It has two bedrooms, a living room with access to a small balcony, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable walk-in closet. NO PETS ALLOWED. * Includes kitchenware and utensils. *The apartment does not have a TV antenna due to the building's low height. The terrace windows are tilt-and-turn PVC-Climalit. Due to high demand, we would appreciate it if you could tell us a little about yourself in a brief email. *Documentation proving employment stability (pay stubs, permanent contract, income statements, employment history, etc.) will be required. Those who cannot provide this documentation should refrain from applying. Proof of stable monthly income for the last six months will be considered, and the monthly rent must not exceed 40% of said income. The tenant(s) must take out liability insurance. Any reservation proposal must be formalized in writing and its validity is subject to the subsequent express acceptance of the landlord/owner. The property management service is provided on behalf of the landlord. The tenant will not incur any additional costs except for short-term/non-primary residence rentals, where 50% of the monthly rent plus VAT will be charged.
