We will soon have a one-bedroom apartment available. This is a subsidized housing unit for private rental, so interested parties must be registered as housing applicants. To apply, the following documentation is required from both the prospective tenant and the guarantor (mandatory): the three most recent payslips, an employment contract, an updated employment history, and an identity document. The apartment costs €440 per month, including a parking space. Water and electricity are paid separately. As it is a one-bedroom apartment, it is intended for a maximum of two people, and pets are not allowed; this is a non-negotiable condition. The attached photographs are for illustrative purposes only regarding the furniture; the layout of the apartment is exactly the same.
