The apartment is newly renovated and designed, and has all the comforts. It is located in the heart of Madrid, you can walk to the main points of interest of the city, Gran Vía, Sol, Retiro. It has a queen-size double bed and a double sofa bed where an adult can sleep very comfortably. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
